1. What We Collect Name, phone number, email, grade, school (optional), parent or guardian contact, payment references, class attendance, assessment results, and class recordings and transcripts. 2. How We Use It To run classes, track learning progress, send reminders and reports to learners and parents, process payments, and keep accounts secure. 3. Children Learner data is processed with the consent of a parent or guardian, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Parents may request a copy of their child's data or ask for it to be deleted. 4. Sharing Teachers see the names, attendance and results of students in their classes. We use service providers for M-Pesa payments, SMS, WhatsApp and email. We never sell personal data. 5.
